Green-glass "onion" bottle, intact, ex-Tolosa (1724). 977 grams. 6" tall, 6" diameter at base. Short and squat, dark green-glass bottle, with very deep pontil having sunk under the weight of the glass, crude lip with a few chips, around its neck a metal chain and tag that indicates it came from the Tolosa wreck specifically. From the Tolosa (1724), with original certificate from Captain Tracy Bowden through his contract with the Dominican Republic and copy of the article "Graveyard of the Quicksilver Galleons" by Mendel Peterson from the December 1979 issue of National Geographic signed by Bowden.
