Obverse: slave stands with shackles broken in each hand, THIS IS THE LORDS DOING; IT IS MARVELLOUS IN OUR EYES. PSALM 118 V. 23 encircling, JUBILEE AUGT. 1 1834 in exergue; Reverse: 10-line inscription; Edge: plain. Strongly struck medal with bold details and very lustrous, prooflike fields, holed at top as made. Pedigreed to the Isaac Rudman Collection (stated on label).
