Encrusted clump of 2 complete .56 cal spencer bullets cartridges in Riker display box. 67.7 grams, 1-3/4" x 1-1/4" (not including box). Situated side-by-side and head-to-foot, these two bullets are entirely intact, with lots of encrustation, not rare but rarely seen intact from a shipwreck. Recovered from: Unidentified Civil War-era wreck (1860s) off South Carolina.
