ECUADOR, Quito, 4 reales, 1844 MV-A, PCGS VF20. Seppa-Anderson-EC62; Carr 57; KM-27. Broad, well-centered flan with deep old multicolor toning exhibiting notable blue and golden hues, clear 1844 date, engraver's initial A (usually worn off) barely visible on the condor's breast, the arms and Bolívar's portrait strong despite the typical high-point wear, scarce one-year type with excellent eye appeal for the grade.
