Dutch copperplate engraving "De Stadt St. Martin," depicting Admiral Martyn Thytzoon's 16-ship Dutch West Indies fleet attacking the Spanish-held Philipsburg, St. Martin, in 1629, published ca. 1671 (Amsterdam), hand colored 12-1/4" x 15". Choice condition with full coloring, light fold down center, no tears in margins, with a multitude of ships bearing down on the fort and city in the background.
