Complete brass spike with small section of ship's wooden hull, along with another intact brass spike from an unidentified wreck. 384 grams total; each about 7" long. Common spikes (one round and the other square) but one of them remarkable in that a piece of the ship's hull is still attached (also some encrustation), also a bit rare as an artifact from that wreck, which was famous for originating the concept of "women and children first."
