Chinese blue-on-white porcelain dish with dragon motif, intact. 310 grams, 7-1/2" in diameter and 1-1/2" tall. A fairly small, shallow bowl with ring-like base, plain on the exterior but with crude dragon design in center surrounded by small ornaments inside a crenelated border, outside of which are four more ornaments, the glaze a bit worn but lacking any chips or frits or cracks. With original Christie's lot-sticker #3237. Recovered from: Geldermalsen ("Nanking Cargo"), sunk in 1752 in the South China Sea
