COLOMBIA, Cartagena, low-silver "imitation cob" ½ real, Ferdinand VII, no date or fantasy date not visible (ca. 1815), extremely rare, NGC VF 30. Restrepo-108.2; Cal-unl; KM-unl. 0.35 gram. Typically small and thin flan but neatly octagonal (possibly clipped, in any case attributed as a ¼ real by NGC despite the ½ real design), with most of Philip monogram in retrograde either struck without fantasy date or with date off flan (probably unique), also most of cross in evidence, particularly rare for this type as straight graded.
