Royal arms surrounded by allegorical figures representing Science, Abundance, Justice, Strength, and Commerce within legend CAROLI IIII ARMA REGALIA with florette stops, date 1799 below and engraver's signature TORRES INCIDIT in exergue. A large and extremely rare lead trial from the Santiago Mint, essentially UNC with traces of luster, sharp full details, struck from Torres’ reverse die prior to production.
