Brazil (Rio mint), 960 reis, 1820-R, struck over an unidentified Spanish colonial bust 8R. KM-326.1. 26.9 grams. Mintmark flanked by flowers, bold AU with patchy rainbow-toning on obverse, good rims, struck on a large flan that probably means the undercoin was Potosi but only small traces of the original details are visible (not enough to confirm), rare grade for this type.
