Bogota, Colombia, cob 2 escudos, posthumous Charles II, from the 1715 Fleet. S-B24; KM-14.2. 6.7 grams. Huge flan with tangential edge-cut (as made), with full crown (rare for this period) above full shield, bold king's denomination •II• (hence clearly not III for the Pretender, as theorized in Calico), full but doubled cross-and-tressure, lustrous AU, very interesting overall. From the 1715 Fleet.
