Bogota, Colombia, cob 2 escudos, Charles II, assayer Arce rendered as "ARSE" with retrograde S to left of shield, ex-1715 Fleet. Restrepo-M66.22; S-B24; KM-14.2. 6.69 grams. Sharp Mint State with nearly full cross and shield on a small flan, bold retrograde S to left (unlisted variety, possibly attributable to 1698), very interesting (and of course comical to British folks). From the 1715 Fleet, with original Peninsula Exploration and Salvage Corporation plastic tag #1425.
