Blue-and-white Chinese porcelain jar (medium), late Ming Dynasty, birds and flowers motif. 1881 grams, 8-1/4" tall. Lovely large vase with wide mouth and flat base, floral design on exterior with one tall bird (pheasant?) and two small birds (hummingbirds?) around a plant, perfectly intact and with lustrous glaze. With Philippines National Museum sticker #0090831. Recovered from: Unidentified 17th-century wreck off Cotabato, Mindanao, Philippines.
