BOLIVIA, Potosí, gold bust 4 escudos, Charles IV, 1801 PP, very rare, PCGS VF30, finest and only example in PCGS census. Janson-73.13; Cal-1532; KM-80; Fr-15. Softly struck central details with adjustment mark on bust, nicely toned in legends and on reverse, one of only 1,666 struck, now the only one on record in numeric grade (with just one in XF details at NGC). Pedigreed to the Cayón auction of September 2022 (lot 5488).
