BOLIVIA, Potosí, cob 8 reales, Philip IV, assayer T (early 1630s), cross-fleury ornaments flanking denomination 8. S-P26; KM-19a; Cal-Type 327. 22.26 grams. Very choice obverse with full •P•T• and x8x flanking fully detailed shield, nearly full crown above, but reverse heavily corroded, nice toned all over. With original certificate from Captain Tracy Bowden through his contract with the Dominican Republic. Recovered from: Concepción, sunk in 1641 off Hispaniola
