BOLIVIA, Potosí, cob 8 reales, Philip IV, assayer P (mid-1620s), quadrants of cross transposed, "flat" lions. S-P23; KM-19; Cal-Type 327. 25.60 grams. Bold full cross and well-detailed full shield with bold P•P to left and o-VIII to right, no toning, practically no corrosion. With original certificate from Captain Tracy Bowden through his contract with the Dominican Republic. Recovered from: Concepción, sunk in 1641 off Hispaniola
