BOLIVIA, Potosí, cob 8 reales, Philip III, assayer not visible, no Grade ("9 points"), with hand-signed certificate from 1975, NGC Genuine. KM-10. Corroded and a bit dark but with some shield and cross detail visible, desirable early Atocha certification. With original Fisher cardboard holder and photo-certificate 1607 from 1975 (Cape Coral Bank), hand-signed by Eugene Lyon, Duncan Mathewson, Austin Fowles, Mel and Dolores (Deo) Fisher. Recovered from: Atocha, sunk in 1622 west of Key West, Florida
