BOLIVIA, Potosí, cob 8 reales, Philip III, assayer T, quadrants of cross transposed, "flat" lions, Grade 1. S-P21; KM-10; Cal-Type 165. 26.13 grams. Full but slightly off-center cross and shield, minimal corrosion but some flatness and unevenly thick near edge, desirable certificate with inscription from Mel Fisher. With original Fisher tag and certificate 85A-208473 hand-signed by Mel ("Today's the day, Ralph!"), and accompanied by two booklets: Mel Fisher: "The World's Greatest Treasure Hunter" (1991) and Coins of the Lost Galleons, 2nd ed (1993), by K.T.
