BOLIVIA, Potosí, cob 8 reales, Philip III, assayer R (curved leg), Grade 1, ex-Atocha (1622), ex-Heber, mounted cross-side out in 14K gold pendant with shackle bail. 34.23 grams total. Nice, richly toned coin with full cross and castles-and-lions (a little doubled), no significant corrosion and full weight (26.5 grams by itself), complete shield with bold mintmark and assayer at left, partial king's name in legend along with ordinal III, securely mounted in a custom-formed bezel shaped to its irregular, as-made form. From the Atocha (1622), pedigreed to the Heber Collection, with original Fisher/Miguel photo-certificate H-1773 (tag missing).
