BOLIVIA, Potosí, cob 8 reales, 1652 E, Transitional Type VIII/A, NGC AU details / saltwater damage (Shipwreck Blue Label), ex-Zbar. S-P37; KM-A20.8; Cal-1495. 26.11 grams. Broad flan with full pillars-and-waves displaying second date below due to doubled legend, off-center shield with third date to right, mostly toned, minimal corrosion, Mastalir VIII.a-A for subtype (interesting muling of final pillars side with early transitional shield). Pedigreed to the Jack Zbar Collection (stated on label). Recovered from: Maravillas, sunk in 1656 off Grand Bahama Island
