BOLIVIA, Potosí, cob 8 reales, 1652 E, Transitional Type I/A, very rare, NGC XF details / saltwater damage (Shipwreck Blue Label), ex-Zbar. S-P37; KM-A20.1; Cal-unl. 20.18 grams. Broad flan that extends past the outer border in places, some legend and full pillars-and-waves and shield despite some flat areas, localized corrosion, toning in crevices, desirable first transitional type lacking a third row above the waves. Pedigreed to the Jack Zbar Collection (stated on label). Recovered from: Maravillas, sunk in 1656 off Grand Bahama Island
