BOLIVIA, Potosí, cob 8 reales, 1651 E, with crown-alone (rare variety) and crowned-arms countermarks on cross (very rare with two countermarks), ex-Capitana, ex-Ponte, Mastalir Plate. S-P36; KM-19b; Cal-1491. 27.02 grams. Odd-shaped flan with much flatness but essentially no corrosion (toned AVG), bold 51 of date, with first countermark on lower-left quadrant of cross and second countermark (about 30% full and well detailed) at bottom on edge, toned all over.
