BOLIVIA, Potosí, cob 8 reales, 1650 (modern 5) O, with crowned-crude-arms countermark (extremely rare) on cross, ex-Maravillas, ex-Hudson, ex-Ponte, Mastalir Plate. S-P35; KM-19b; Cal-1488. 24.54 grams. Richly rainbow-toned Fine with corrosion only on part of edge, broad flan extending past outer border in places, including at date (with dots) at 11 to 1 o'clock, full shield with •P•O• to left, but best feature is the full and bold countermark of native (or at least unofficial) design in epicenter of full cross-and-tressure.
