BOLIVIA, Potosí, cob 8 reales, 1650 (Spanish 5) O, with crowned-L countermark on cross, ex-Sellschopp, ex-Ponte, Mastalir Plate. S-P35; KM-19b; Cal-1488. 29.14 grams. Choice, corrosion-free AVF (actually quite overweight) with full but doubled 50 of date outside of full cross with nearly full countermark on right side, full but partially flat shield with full •P•O• to left and •8•O• to right inside bold king's name with E instead of I, full ordinal IIII, contrastingly toned, desirable pedigree. Pedigreed to the Sellschopp Collection (Swiss Bank Corp auction of September 1988, lot 701) and the Luis R.
