BOLIVIA, Potosí, cob 8 reales, 1650 (Spanish 5) O, with crowned-L and crowned-arms countermarks on cross (very rare with two countermarks), ex-Capitana, ex-Ponte, Mastalir Plate. S-P35; KM-19b; Cal-1488. 26.75 grams. Broad flan with nearly full legends, full cross-and-tressure with nearly full countermark in lower-right quadrant and clear top of second countermark (unusually bold) at top-right edge, prominent brockage of countermark at top left of full shield with both assayers, denomination, and king's ordinal IIII all clear, lightly toned AVF with only faint surface pitting, hairline edge-splits.
