BOLIVIA, Potosí, cob 8 reales, 1650 (Spanish 5) O, with crowned-A and crown-alone countermarks on shield and crowned-arms countermark on cross (extremely rare with three countermarks), ex-Capitana, ex-Ponte, Mastalir Plate. S-P35; KM-19b; Cal-1488. 27.02 grams. Broad flan, corrosion-free, with much legend around full interior details, the shield doubled but with two complete countermarks, clear upper-right portion of third countermark at about 7-8 o'clock on other side, edge-crack, richly toned and choice VF overall.
