BOLIVIA, Potosí, cob 8 reales, 1650 (Spanish 5) O, with crown-alone (rare variety) and crowned-C countermarks on cross (very rare with two countermarks), ex-Capitana, ex-Hudson, ex-Ponte, Mastalir Plate. S-P35; KM-19b; Cal-1488. 26.57 grams. Both countermarks bold in lower two quadrants of full cross with bold 0 of date in legend (style of Spanish 5), full but weaker shield, solid and corrosion-free VG with edge-crack, toned in crevices.
