BOLIVIA, Potosí, cob 8 reales, 1649 O, with two crowned-L countermarks on cross (very rare with two countermarks), ex-Maravillas, ex-Ponte, Mastalir Plate. S-P35; KM-19b; Cal-1487. 19.88 grams. Small flan from corrosive edge-loss but cross and shield full (net VG, toned in crevices), both countermarks (at top left and bottom right) practically full as is also the 49 date. From the Maravillas (1656), pedigreed to the Luis R.
