BOLIVIA, Potosí, cob 8 reales, (1649) O/Z, rare, with crown-alone countermark on cross, ex-Maravillas (1656), ex-Ponte, Mastalir Plate. S-P35; KM-19b; Cal-1486. 24.05 grams. Very bold, full, and well-detailed countermark on right side of nearly full cross, weaker shield but with very clear (albeit doubled) P-O/Z and most of crown above, solid Fine with only light surface corrosion, toned in crevices.
