BOLIVIA, Potosí, cob 8 reales, 1622 T, quadrants of cross transposed, rare. S-P21; KM-19 (under Ph. IV); Cal-1436 (under Ph. IV). 26.57 grams. Exceptionally bold full shield and cross-lions-castles with most of king's name and bottoms of digits of date in legend, fairly clear P+T, deeply contrasting toning, minimal surface corrosion. With original certificate from Captain Tracy Bowden through his contract with the Dominican Republic. Recovered from: Concepción, sunk in 1641 off Hispaniola
