Solid piece with some pitting around the edges but with bold shield and mintmark, assayer struck off flan, weak yet full cross. Pedigreed to Sedwick Auction 9, with original lot-tag 681. Recovered from: “Jupiter Wreck” (San Miguel Arcángel), sunk in 1659 off the east coast of Florida
