BOLIVIA, Potosí, cob 2 reales, Philip III, assayer not visible, "1 point" (Grade 4), with hand-signed Fisher certificate from 1975. KM-8. Dark and corroded with some shield and cross detail visible, Grade II typed on the certificate and handwritten on the cardboard holder, but the point value clearly indicates a lower Grade. With original holder and Fisher photo-certificate 2409 from 1975 (Cape Coral Bank) hand-signed by Mel and Dolores Fisher, Eugene Lyon, Claudia Linzer, and Austin Fowles. Recovered from: Atocha, sunk in 1622 west of Key West, Florida
