BOLIVIA, Potosí, cob 1 real, Philip IV, assayer not visible, ex-Horner Collection. Cal-Type 201. 2.98 grams. Rare denomination from this popular wreck. Corroded with minor surface corrosion, lightly encrusted shield with some colorful toning, very nice cross. Pedigreed to the David Horner Collection (Sedwick Auction 19, with original lot-tag 467), accompanied by its original plastic laboratory tag from the Florida Division of Historical Resources. Recovered from: “Jupiter Wreck” (San Miguel Arcángel), sunk in 1659 off the east coast of Florida
