Lot of three Panama coins of 1931 in NGC slabs: 1 balboa MS 63; 1/4 balboa (rare) MS 63; 1/10 balboa MS 65; ex-Richard Stuart (stated inside the slabs). KM-13; 11.1; 10.1. Lustrous and choice, with minor bagmarks really only noticeable on the 1 balboa. The 1/4 balboa in this set is a key date for the series with a mintage of just 48,000 coins, and it is tied with four others for finest known in the NGC census (NGC #4427876-002), while the 1/10 balboa (NGC #4427876-004) is tied with three others for finest known in the NGC census. Pedigreed to the Richard Stuart collection.
