Part of a shipment of unsigned 10 rupee notes shipped from Great Britain and bound for India to be signed and circulated. Partially intact (60-75%) with light staining and circular degradation pattern (typical for these recovered notes), one with a fully visible serial number of 80446, preserved in laminated plastic.
